2. Select Your Preferred Date & Time

Choose your preferred appointment date and time from the online form. As the calendar is not a live booking system, your selection is a request rather than a confirmed appointment.

3. What Happens Next?
Once your booking has been confirmed, you’ll receive an SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Please reply:

You’ll also receive an SMS on the day when Nathan or Noah are on their way to your property.

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule or offer the appointment to another customer.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings cancelled after the confirmation SMS has been sent will incur a $50 booking cancellation fee.
